Shipping Policy

We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details regarding our global shipping process.

Processing Time:
All orders are verified, quality checked, and packaged within 1-3 business days.

Delivery Time:
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is approximately 1.5 weeks (7-12 business days). Please note that this may vary slightly depending on customs clearance in your country.

Shipping Cost:
We offer a flat-rate premium shipping fee of $10.00 worldwide.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

How to Return:
To start a return process, please contact our support team at thsnd@moneyaddict.to with your Order ID. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately.
